SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We sell worldwide.

Here is an overview of our process:
Payment and order processing: 5 days (varies from time to time depending on the number of orders)
Order delivery: 10-20 days
Express shipping is available. Please contact us if you want us to send your order via express shipping(charges apply).

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologize if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order.

All deliveries are traceable and require a signature, unless you the customer, selects the Standard Shipping – Authority to Leave option. Selecting this option gives the courier authority to leave the parcel unattended at your chosen address if they believe there is a safe place to leave it, and Pure Mad Honey will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels.

REFUND POLICY

1. You have a legal right to cancel the order if you change your mind until We have shipped your orders. If you want to return the product after it has been shipped, then you have to return it to the “Shipped from” address and We will be happy to give you a full refund.

2. For all returns please email info@puremadhoney.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number ( RA)

3. Include in your email the original order number you are requesting to return/ exchange

4. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive an RA number

5. Complete the returns & exchange form ( included in your order & will be emailed to you)

6. Charges may apply.

We suggest using a Registered post with tracking as Pure Mad Honey can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
